Shipping:

Items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & Holidays).

Final shipping charges can be seen along with shipping options on the checkout page, based on your individual order.

Insurance is included in the shipping charges.

US options include: USPS First Class Mail Insured, USPS Priority Mail Insured, Fedex Ground, FedEx Express.

International options include: airmail, priority and express.

Returns & Exhanges:

Prior approval is required for all returns and exchanges, or your return may not be processed. Please contact us for a return or exchange. Requests are accepted within 10 business days, unused, not worn by pet and in original packaging.

Damaged goods will be replaced - please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be made in 10 days; lost package claims in 30 days. We insure our shipments, please fill out the following damage form and fax it to us at 888-506-1409 or scan it in and email it to us at info@bigpawdesigns.com. Upon review, we will file a claim and ship a new item to you.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Customer pays for return shipping. Customer must ship item with tracking number and insured (USPS Delivery confirmation insured or Fedex/UPS ground insured)

Supplies (toys, collars, tag-its, treats, catnip, leashes, bowls, luggage tags, pet books, etc):
A 10% restocking fee will apply to returned supplies.
Sorry, we cannot be responsible for aggressive chewers. The dog toys and collars we carry, while durable, are not chew proof. Returns will not be approved for items chewed or destroyed by pets.

Pet Pearls:
A 15% restocking fee will apply to pet pearl returns and exchanges. Please measure your pet when ordering pet pearls. We recommend adding 1" to 1 1/2" to your pet's neck size.

Collar Charms, Keychains, Magnets, Earrings, Frames:
Return Requests are accepted within 10 business days. Items must be unused/not worn by pet and in original packaging.

Sale items, custom orders and holiday items:
Sale, custom and holiday items are not returnable.

Downloadable recipe books:
Recipe books are not returnable due to their downloadable nature.

Custom Orders:

We do offer custom designs. Custom charms have require a minimum of 150 charms. Please allow for 6-12 weeks depending on the specific details. Custom pearl necklaces are available - small minimum quantity may apply, please allow approximately 4 weeks.

About our Pewter Collar Charms:
Our pewter charms are lead free & Made in the USA. Charms are substantial and popular with all pets. Keep in mind, while durable, pewter will soften with time. We cannot guarantee against aggressive chewers. They come with a sturdy ring attachment that fits any collar. Our collar charms are a fun, whimsical addition to your pet's collar and are not meant to replace the pet's ID tag. Charms are original designs and copyrighted.

Charm attachments:

We recommend the standard ring attachment as the sturdiest, especially for active or larger animals. Clip options are available for an extra charge and are special order. While some clients prefer a clip for attachment,we recommend the ring for larger or rougher animals. The sterling clip option clips on smaller collars - but can be attached to any collar on the tag ring.

About our Pearl Collars:
Our pet necklaces are popular with smaller dogs and cats. Swarovski crystal pearls are lead free crystal; resistant to wear, sun, water, scratches and weighted to feel like real pearls. The pearl collars are accented with colorful crystals &/or charms. These are not intended for use with a leash or serve as a standard collar. Strung on sturdy coated wire, these necklace collars have a safety magnetic closure that will break away in a precarious situation - but are strong and will stay on the pet. While the pearls & crystals are the finest imported Swarovski crystal, these necklaces are assembled in the USA. Pearls are original designs and copyrighted.
